Not to toot our own horn, but we know a thing or two about the agency life, I mean we are a full-service creative agency after all. And although there’s still much we don’t know, we have got a few nuggets of knowledge that we thought we could share.
1/ Put yourself in your client’s shoes
You know how your business works, you use the jargon, but not all your client’s do too. It’s important to make sure your clients know how your processes work and understand the lingo in order to create a strong and harmonious relationship.
2/ Finish one thing at a time
We’re all guilty of getting distracted now and then but focusing on one thing at a time will allow you to get more sh*t done. Juggling multiple tasks at a time can be very overwhelming and demotivating and can often result in half attempted projects.
3/ Don’t waste a good mistake, learn from it
Mistakes are normal, we’ve all made them and anyone who says they haven’t is lying! And although we pride ourselves on not making many, we do acknowledge that a mistake made is a lesson learnt. It’s important not to be discouraged by a bump in the road and instead see it as a way of becoming a better agency.
4/ Be ambitious, take risks
Aiming high allows us to grow. Taking calculated risks can help us achieve those ambitious goals we have set ourselves. Remind yourself this and encourage your clients too.
